For many years Shirley Baillie has been involved in Sectional title complexes, by way of being an investor, and later on as a Trustee. For a large part of the time, she not aware that there was an Act governing the running of a complex. Like many others, she relied heavily on the managing agents for guidance, not realising that some managing agents also had little idea of the Sectional Title Act!
It is will great pride that I have gone ahead and printed my updated Key-word Access, incorporating the recent changes to the Sectional Titles Act. If there had not been a demand, I would not have undertaken this interesting, but sometimes tedious task! But what motivated me was the fact that I had customers chasing me to do so- people who had found the first edition to be invaluable.
The customers have been diverse in nature but all have been unanimous in saying that it is an essential tool. Other comments have included “an absolute necessity for every person dealing with Sectional Title,” “Our office cannot be without it, not even for a minute…”
There was an amazing number of word- of -mouth sales, which only goes to show that the product speaks for itself.
My mission when I developed Key Word Access to the Sectional Titles Act was to bring the Act to the people who are affected in everyday life by it- I believe that I have achieved this and I look forward to increasing this further

She hopes that this practical guide in the form of an index which allows people to access the Sectional Title Act easily and quickly, will go a long way towards addressing the issue.
